Shipping Conditions
www.arrosimes.com (Trencall CB) reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transport at any time at its discretion.
Every customer is obliged to give the right direction without errors, if they give us an incorrect address, we would be responsible for the delivery of the order, whether made by telephone or by credit card.
Transportation:
Shipping charges are included and will be paid by www.arrosimes.com Deposits are automatically calculated based on the size of the pan.
These costs are indicated on the website and will appear on you bill properly detailed. Where to pick up the package, arrosimes charge € 2.00 per collection.
Orders will be above 30€.
Incident in transportation through no fault of www.arrosimes.com :
Climatology, cut roads or highways, breakdowns or accidents (ours or caused) we are not responsible, if the order have been made over the Web www.arrosimes.com agrees to refund the same without possibility of any claims or compensation.
The deadlines listed on page www.arrosimes.com are for guidance and will strive to CB Trencall respect, however, being a service offered by www.arrosimes.com ,delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or compensation what so ever.
Returns
The products sold on the website www.arrosimes.com , in the case the charge of the security concept of paella, grant the right of return within seven(7) days of receipt of the order, provided when they are in perfect condition. In the event that the product has been received and signed by the customer upon delivery of the same company Trencall CB is not responsible for any claims.
Seven days to deliver your order, we are not responsible for the return of the deposit.
